Katrina & Elizabeth (a kind teller) just gave us the best service you could expect for the second time
The customer service at this location is so unbelievably bad! My dad is a visible senior. He needed to urgently use the restroom and the clerk turned him away saying it's for employees only. On our way out my dad soiled himself in public. He was humiliated and the clerks didn't apologize or care whatsoever. It was so dehumanizing! Such a terrible experience for our family.
