Service was incredible. I had a very difficult situation and the staff, including management, were on the job and extremely helpful.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I visited this branch to renew my credit card and discuss investment options. After making the trip in person (as requested by their phone support), I was told my card couldn't be renewed due to my study permit expiring in 10 months. They could have easily told me this over the phone and saved my time. I got a car loan from RBC back in March 2024. Paid it off by the end of July 2024. Whoever handled the closing, didn't take steps to release the lien. Being a new car buyer, I had no idea that I need a lien release. Now, in 2026 when I went to sell that car (as is due to mechanical issues), I was informed the lien wasn't released and I couldn't proceed with the trade-in and proceed with the new vehicle purchase.
