Anyone thinking of banking here make sure your appointment is not with Fadi. He somehow managed to cancel 2 active and very important credit cards instead of the inactive one he was told to cancel because he refused to even look at the number on the back of the card. Luckily the other staff at the bank were able to resolve the issue pretty quickly after he went home nice and early. Did not so much as apologize after the fact either.despite being met with nothing but kindness and empathy throughout the whole ordeal.
Terrible branch. Managers are useless. Want to speak to them and they hide away in their office and avoid issues and responsibility. They need to be fired asap as these reviews show how bad this branch is.
