I opened an RBC Digital Choice Business Account and it's been nothing but grief. The Banking Advisor who handled my signup appeared to be learning the process as we went. A surprising amount of time was spent navigating screens, re-entering information that wasn't being saved, and trying to figure out why things weren't working. Needs to have more competent staff. Chit-chatting to customers for fun while the lineup is over 15 people long is beyond me.
