This is one of the worst RBC bank I have been to. The wait time is way too long. I went to get some change and had to wait 45 minutes to get it. There were almost 10-12 people waiting on the line and there were only two tellers open for service. Atleast have 4-5 tellers when it gets busy. Never coming here again.

Helpful staff and very good at their job.
La ligne est longue, avec environ 8 personnes, l'air climatisé est en panne, et pendant tout ça, l'un des préposés quitte son poste! Parfois, c'est mieux, dépendant de l'heure que l'on visite. Par contre, les heures sont limitées aussi. Il faut que RBC embauche davantage de préposés!
