Needs to have more competent staff. Chit-chatting to customers for fun while the lineup is over 15 people long is beyond me.
Kind of a frustrating branch to deal with, but I can’t say that most others are any better. They are understaffed and when something goes wrong/an error is made having to wait 20-30 minutes to see someone honestly makes it worse. Up staff between 3:30-5:30 when people are getting off of work. As the branch only opens at 9:30 you can’t really go in the morning and it is jammed after work.
Long lines, lousy hours, terrible service. It feels like they're mailing it in until they're closed and everyone is transferred to the St Laurent mall location (which at least has more tellers usually working and is faster, despite being in a busier location). If you're forced to deal with RBC, just go to St Luarent or try South Keys. Dont waste your time at this train wreck. Also odd how the bad reviews have details, the good reviews mostly are blank. Almost like someone's trying to game the system. Funny that...
