This bank is horrible. On my last visit I witnessed a teller treating an elderly veteran awfully. She was not empathetic at all
Might be the worst RBC in Ottawa, 3 people behind the counter a 4th doing nothing at all. Line out too the door. Terrie customer service will not use ever again
