Farjana lacks people and customer skills through and through. The way she speaks was very negative and not in a helpful manner at all, i left the bank feeling like i was up against the world both times ive dealt with her. Not a great way to deal with customers when it comes to banking. I will not be dealing with this branch ever again.

The customer service in this place is absolutely horrid . Very unprofessional. Zero knowledge . Definitely do not recommend .
