The staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate them.
My husband had a driver's license and forgot his debit card. He tried to pay a bill, but the teller said it wasn't possible... If he had his ID, why couldn't he pay the bill? Honestly, this isn't the first time that the employees at the Fergus branch have acted like this, especially on weekends.
Great service
Ever try calling to speak to someone at this location? I have several times and get disconnect over and over. Very difficult to reach a real person. For the banking fees we are paying this is not acceptable service.
