I just had the worst experience ever. Came to make a third party deposit of just 200 cad for a friend who is not in canada and the teller very rude her name is Divinder Sanini or something like that she not only did not assist me but saying that is not possible but also when I mentioned I was a teller previously in 2 different banks and I know this can be done she answered "good for you" really? got auto insurance from them and cancelled my policy. due to miscommunication with my broker my premium was renewed which i had to pay and cancel the policy and i was entitled for a refund via cheque. Their billing department is the worst. i have been waiting for my refund cheque since Nov 25th 2024. they don't provide any tracking info. No clarity whatsoever and i am still waiting for my refund. Highly unprofessional. wish there was a negative rating i swear to god!
After being a customer here all my working life, suddenly my account started getting monthly fees. I went into the bank at many occasions to enquire why considering I even have my mortgage and credit card with them. The branch staff and manager were unable to give me a satisfactory answer.
