Overall it's not bad but nothing outstanding.
A lady named Meri helped me as no one in the bank has helped me since I have been using the bank's services, she is so classy, kind pleasant and professional, I am delighted and she solved a problem that was almost unsolvable. Not five stars for her but 10!!! Thanks Meri!
