Terrible service from lady with glasses, European background, first desk. She denied to make an appointment as I was looking to open a personal account and a business account. She said I needed my license, passport and proof of address to make the appointment . I drove to the next branch, because I love driving around in Toronto at 4:00 -4:30... and everything went just right somewhere else.
Excellent service provided by numerous staff. A special thank you to Iryna for her excellent assistance. Very professional and the type of person that you would want working for you.

Went there today to open up 3 chequing accounts and was told there full went inline to close my business account and was told they couldnt close it then as im leaving i heard the indian guy i spoke to telling the woman next to him about my account so in total was there about 15 mins and the 2 ppl that said they were busy still had no appointment s with them so now they lost 3 new accounts of business but these ppl working there couldnt careless .
