I love this location because is next to Longo's and it has plenty of parkings. The RBC staff are very helpful

Skip this one. Booked an urgent meeting with an adviser with someone on front line. Made sure I will get the call on day of, as clarified the importance. No call on day of. Also when called branch, AI picked up on their behalf, after long minutes of back and forth with it, put on hold while someone in branch decides to pick up. No one did. :)

We dealt with an agent named Sylvana, and she made our experience so much more worthwhile. My dad is a pensioner who has gotten his cheques in the mail until now, and recently got a new phone and needed his banking app setup, and she took care of everything. She gave us 25+ minutes to set up direct deposit for his pension/CRA payments and then set up his banking app with a renewed password ; his banking is going to be so much more straightforward from today going forward Every bank needs service agents like her

this location sucks! the layout is horrible. there is only one banking machine that can be used after hours. it is located all the way in the front towards queensway. how is this a smart plan? the parking lot is all the way back.. plus, there is no bin to throw your receipts out. it also is very dirty around the machine, as shown in my pictures. the old location was better and safer. i feel like im going to get jumped every time i use the outside machine
