I’ve been in line for 20 mins, there is one guy holding up the line and I’ve seen 4 tellers who aren’t helping anyone walking around. The line is huge. This branch is the slowest RBC I go to. They should have closed this one, instead of the one at parklawn. Whoever is managing this bank needs to hire better staff who care if there’s 10 people waiting.
Great customer service at this branch. The team is very friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Jose Morales for the excellent service.

Please care and DO SOMETHING to prevent the daily bird strikes against your west facing windows. If any business can afford to install bird friendly glass it's RBC. How many more birds need to die because of your apathy? So many birds are killed because of your windows that someone even taped a Global Bird Collision Mapper notice outside your bank. This has been going on for years. Install venetian blinds and leave them open. Anything - please care about our song and migrating birds RBC.
