Horrible customer service
I tried to deposit using ATM on a Saturday in January and a homeless man had taken over the area! He was literally spraled out over a sleeping bag! Obviously I did not approach. I could smell cigarette smoke just as I was about to open the door. Very disappointed and angry that as a customer, I can not use the ATM safely on the weekends as they are not open even on Saturdays. He wasn't blocking the machine but how can I be certain that he is not armed with a knife or something else? Can't comment otherwise as I haven't gone ... read more
Don't try to do anything urgent here. No callbacks, or acknowledgement of messages/calls. Couldn't get into my deposit box because I lost the key. My fault obviously, but no responses as to when a new key could be made. Was traveling for a wedding. Very disappointed.
