Good location and great staff
I never write any bank review but my recent experience with this branch makes me want to write something to help other clients. I made an appointment to talk to the bank advisor to open a new chequing account. The bank advisor didn't show her interest in opening my bank account and she made me feel as if I am not a valuable client. She tried to explain something to me that doesn't make sense and in line with my research. Poor experience with customer service. It was my first and last visit here. I'm not surprised they have only 2.9 stars. I couldn't deposit $350 USD on my american dollars savings account... because "I don't have an access card on me and my ID is not enough". I went to the next closest RBC branch, and deposited with my ID only, with no any problems.
