Very poor level of client’s services at this location.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Alexander (Alex) Cichon, the Branch Manager at RBC. Instead of providing the support and guidance I came for, he was dismissive, unprofessional, and even condescending. His attitude made me feel belittled and unwelcome — completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a leadership position at a customer-facing institution. RBC is a good bank to bank with, but will never go to this location again. The financial representatives seem to always be changing, the turnover rate is unbelievable, and they can range from inexperienced to some experience, and recently they made a really big mistake with one of my registered investments that's going to give me fines with the CRA and in the beginning when I had complained they said that they were going to try and help to resolve the issue but in the end they basically washed their hands in it.
