Service was exceptional at this branch.
One of the worst branches I've ever been in. I will close my account as of today.. They won't even let you see the counter because they stop you by the door to tell you to make apointment of something so simple..I when in on Monday March 24 at 1pm , there no customers, empty and they made it impossible for Help. They need to fire some people if they need customers. Zero Star!!!!!
Book appointment, they will never be on time. Sometimes they forget and sometimes they do not care. It feels like all the lazy A got job in this location. Unprofessional, disrespectful. If you do not love your job, just quit. There are so many people out here looking for this job
