Vaibhav, the advisor at this branch, wasted my time twice when I tried to renew my RBC credit card. The first time, he took my documents and assured me no credit check was needed. Then, days later, he called me back, saying I had to return because a credit check was actually required. After going back to the branch, I was told to wait another four hours because he was busy, even though the branch was empty.
