Rbc is definitely the worst bank in canada, go anywhere else
I was in this bank with my mom who is on oxygen. We stood in line for 25 minutes waiting for a teller. This is ridiculous.
Meadowlark: Long Queues, Broken Online Tools, Endless Frustration. RBC’s online banking is so limited that you’re forced to visit a branch for simple tasks. Once there - at Meadowlark - you’re stuck in long queues, even for basic services. Calling in doesn’t help - expect hours on hold. Staff show no sense of urgency - you’ll often see several employees standing around or doing back-office tasks while the line grows. It’s 2025, but RBC feels a decade behind. Banking shouldn’t be this hard.
