First I have been with RBC for 55 years. I tried to find out why I was now being charged a fee for my checking account, no overdraft, and my savings account to no avail. There is no additional benefit to me, only to the bank. They did not seem to care. I also have accounts at another company with no fees, everdraft protection and very caring staff willing to help. Look very carefully before choosing RBC. Very disappointing after 55 years. If I could choose 0 stars I would.
Waited for 35 minutes in line to activate my new debit card. Was told I had to make a purchase at a store to activate the card. Not impressed!
Always amazing experience. All staff friendly, patient, attentive to details.
Margaret was amazing. She was so patient and helpful when assisting me with my banking issue. She made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in and took the time to make sure everything was resolved properly. Her kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee.
Garbage... Rude staff, can't complete basic banking. Might as well just go online as this place is useless!
