One star is too much for this Branch. I've been with them since the '70s and have only come to them twice for a small loan. The first time they treated me really poorly gave me the loan and I paid it off early. This time they turned me down. Tarin pretends to be positive leaves with her laptop and comes back and turns me down. Also spoke to a Tracy about getting my granddaughter travel insurance. Said she'd get back to me with phone number.. Didn't happen. Can't wait to close down my account with this Branch.
