If I could give this review with less than zero stars; I would. I have been banking with RBC; for 60+ years and keeping my money in this bank no longer makes sense; digging a hole in my back yard and putting my money there would be easier than going to this bank and dealing with the people work at RBC Meadowlark; it is truly unbelievable how poorly I have been treated and unfortunately; it's every time. Wish I could give negative stars. Withdrawing our own money from our own account is hassle these days!!! I went in to withdraw cash from MY OWN ACCOUNT. I was asked for a verbal password but couldn't remmember being it a long time. The (lazy ) cashier lady didn't help me me being there PRESENT PHYSICALLY WITH MY ID AND BANK CARDS!!! INSTEAD, She insisted me to bring another piece of ID or CALL RBC and reset the password. Is this a joke??? Rbc is definitely the worst bank in canada, go anywhere else
I was in this bank with my mom who is on oxygen. We stood in line for 25 minutes waiting for a teller. This is ridiculous.
