Sat on hold for 20 minutes trying to get a simple yes or no answer and no one ever answered, called another branch and same thing. Must be an RBC thing
Its a good bank im my perspective, and the staff are cery friendly and are willing to help with whatever you need! The location of the bank is pretty good and easy to access from nearby. I love the cleanliness of the store and how quiet it is! I frequently come here and I would come back again.
Friendliest bank tellers and manager. I always do business deposit here and the customer service is always at its best.
Worst RBC branch! 10 people in line at 2pm and only 2 desks open!! The manager behind the desks with no shoes on and helping nobody. What a disappointment.
