This is one of the worst experiences I have had with RBC. My credit card had expired, and I applied for a new one. First visit, I was informed I needed to bring some documents. Second time, I brought in the documents. They took a while to figure everything out. Finally, was informed it would take 5-10 days. 1 month down the line I am still waiting, with so many negative reviews, I wonder what is going on in this branch??
