Have very unprofessional and not helpful lady named Rachel Xu at this city center branch. I basically asked her if she can wave off monthly fee as I have savings, credit card, mortgage, rrsp, tfsa with rbc and rbc do offer if you have all these things she did not and said she can't I said I would go to bmo and have no fee as I'm in canadian forces. She said your choice. But keep savings and rrsp and tfsa with us they don't have fee why would I give you buisness if you can't wave off monthly fee 10 dollars ? Very smart she is... read more
