I've found service at RBC throughout Edmonton to be shockingly poor. This location continued that tradition unfortunately. Service really has been hit or miss. One day, I had a great experience; other/most days, not so great experience. Recently, after waiting in line for about 15 minutes, the teller was interrupted by another teller who needed help with something and left me standing there while she took quite a bit of time helping her coworker. Very slow and the staff/security don't run the show it's the walk ins. Waited in line for 20min to have two people cut the line, security did nothing (they just sit around) and a couple aggressive people harrased others in line. Don't go to this location.
Dont ever come here unless u want to wait 1 hour for a service that can be done in 30 seconds
Poor service like every other bank, waited 50 minutes in the line for something that takes 40 seconds. Wish there was a government department making sure these corporations are providing value for clients.
I went into the branch after speaking with the toll free customer service line. They advised me I need to complete a form and they would leave a note on my account the rep - Roiji & Manager Aurora decided to do something totally different after I had fraud on my account. Which made absolutely no sense. Then he began to be abusive and defensive by emotionally and mentally abusing me. My best advise go to the Brewery District branch.
