Definitely the slowest bank ever and under staffed !!! Fill all the work spaces and stop being so cheap!!! It’s BS when your waiting in line for 45 min and only till people working !! Iv lived in millwoods for over 7 years now and it’s only gotten worse
I have been banking with RBC for over 22 years and have generally had good experiences with them. I have used almost all of their services, including mortgage, line of credit and daily banking accounts to name a few. Last week my experience with them went very sideways after dealing with a teller and an insurance advisor all within 2 days. The insurance advisor acted completely unprofessional and insensitive and the teller, in a completely different dealing the next day, was less than helpful, her go to answer to my question... read more
Terrible ..long wait ..not enuff tellers
The Mill Woods branch always seems deserted and they never have enough tellers working. It’s terrible and slow
