Dread going into the branch! Never enough staff on, long wait for customers and just horrible. I gave up waiting today for simple pick up of currency ordered. Will try again another day but expect similar experience.
I recently visited the RBC branch and was extremely disappointed by the way the manager handled my situation. Instead of offering help or trying to solve the issue, the manager was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in assisting.
