For one they are severely understaffed, waited in line for 20m. When I finally got to the teller, he had no idea how to perform a loan payout and his manager was in a meeting. I ended up waiting for an hour in total for the teller to figure out how to do his job.
Long wait
Just a one star for long wait i think you need to hire more staff there is too long queue and has a wait around 30-40 minutes. But staff is very friendly and helpful. I suggest you to hire more staff because not everyone has that much time for just a bank visit
