Very rude and unhelpful male member at the counter. I wish i noted his name. Gave unnecessary attitude and didn’t resolve the issue. I got the same issue resolved in 10 minutes by calling the RBC help centre. I wanted to just get my address changed on my auto loan and he was like 🤷. Unprofessional and untrained! Will think 10 times before getting an account with this branch.
Not impressed that you can't access the ATM after the bank closes anymore.
