Safina was no help at all. I’ve been a customer with RBC for 15 years and have never experienced customer service as horrible as this. She did not want to help me with my issues and instead was telling me to go home and figure it out myself because there was 4 people waiting in line behind me. She refused to help the client in front of her and instead wanted to just get through everyone. Don't bank with rbc or invest. if you plan on doing trading there unreliable they don't have the right prices and randomly won't let you bye premarket or afterhours so you'll miss out on making money or loose it all. Don't waste your time
I’d like to raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience at this RBC branch on October 1st. I had scheduled an appointment to pay off my car loan, not knowing that an appointment wasn’t necessary for this type of transaction. I called RBC a day before to confirm, and the representative recommended booking an appointment just to be safe. I was then scheduled with Kuljinder Sandhu.
