Your staff is very rude they don’t know how to speak with customer even last kulwinder kaur sandhu didn’t ask me you need any other help that time i have more questions regarding my online banking and directly she said you can go i have to take next customer. Kulwinder Kaur sandhu embarrassed me alot . And she said if you don’t know English why you call to RBC when I opened my account that time you didn’t mention to us that we have to be perfect in english to be your customer . Now i will close my all account from RBC .
Very bad service and Employees behaviour very rude. They are Bullying us. Please take some action on them.
I wish I would have seen these reviews prior visiting the bank. Never had such a terrible experience with any other banks before. Requested to open a business account and it's been almost a month with no update. Manager and advisor doesn't even care to reply back and neither they know the reason of hold back. Going with another FI and never returning back.
Very Bad staff especially Teller, unprofessional. No manners. They really don't know how to save the customers problems and send the customers to another branch. Shame on this branch. Very disappointed
I wish I could give 0 stars, my company still paper paychecks and every time I've tried depositing my money at this branch they have told me there will be a hold even though there is a note on my account stating not to hold these cheques they lady told me that it's not a thing they do even though at a different branch they've shown me the note on my account, very unhelpful. DO NOT GO HERE EVER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I prefer mill woods or heritage valley.
