I've been with RBC for 12 years, and this is the first time I've experienced such poor service. I called RBC to process my loan, and after completing everything over the phone, I was scheduled to sign documents at the branch where I opened my account. When I arrived, my appointment was already 30 minutes late, but I waited patiently. When the advisor finally called my name, she asked me, 'Why are you here today?' I explained that I was there to sign documents for my online application, but she couldn't find any record of it ... read more
Rbc is hands down the worst bank to deal with
Customer service from RBC is at an all time low. Tellers tell you to call in or do everything online. Online and call center tells you to go into branch. Take so much of your money and the service in return is horrible. Switching to Servus, where you actually get to talk to humans on the phone and get excellent customer service. We are pulling our mortgages, lines, and all cards/accounts. Done with RBC.
Great personality from all those I encountered at this branch.
Every time I come to this branch - busy or not, the works stand around gossiping half the time or pretend they are busy while staring at their screens but not typing. The bank reps will give you misleading information as well - I stupidly trusted one of the bank representatives, and because I listened to his advice my credit went down 70 points. This location is absolutely terrible and RBC should be ashamed as a “reputable company” for hiring staff that do not put customer satisfaction first.
