They never answer their calls and wait times are forever . Servuce sucks .
Made an appointment to speak with an advisor in person at their counter. I received a phone call a couple days later from Ontario explaining that I was booked with an advisor in a different province. I was then told they corrected the issue and fixed the appointment for me. I show up to my appointment and the advisor had no idea I was supposed to be booked and was informed she wasn’t even the correct advisor I needed to be booked with and asked me to book another appointment in two weeks time after having already left work e... read more
