Worst rbc in the city by far, locked atm room and the drive through terminal is so worn out it's unusable. Been with rbc for 34 years, had to drive to the TD to use the machine. Awful.
First of all, I'd like to give the branch manager 4 stars for getting involved and resolving the issue professionally. This is the second time I have visited this branch because it is the closest one to my home. During my first visit, a staff member who said she was only an advisor did not answer my question, and her attitude and gestures were not pleasant.
