RBC is a reliable and professional bank with friendly staff who are always willing to help. Their services are easy to use, and I’ve had positive experiences with everything from everyday banking to customer support. The only downside is the wait times—lineups can take quite a while, especially during busy hours. It would be great to see faster service or more staff available to help reduce delays.
I was in this branch yesterday. And the lady who assist me and my kids to make a pin for the young Leo's account is giving me an incorrect information. She ask me if what is our purpose for the card ,and told her that my kids will use it for sometimes some debit transactions at the stores. And she is telling us that the card is for deposit purposes only. She is advising me to get a different card which is same as my debit card. Which I told her no just leave the way it is. Don't bank with rbc or invest. if you plan on doing trading there unreliable they don't have the right prices and randomly won't let you bye premarket or afterhours so you'll miss out on making money or loose it all. Don't waste your time
