Went to RBC today ask for a few things Carolyn is the one who help me out with patience and give great advice She also have a wonderful smile make you feel very welcome
Very long line up. Only 2 people working the counter at a very time during the day. Clearly understaffed or everyone is on break. Spent more than hour getting a draft.
They gave me appointment @12.30 waiting for 35 minutes . Now they say that guy was working in another branch and just started from there to meet me at Windermere branch . Extremely disappointed
Long line ups always. Only 1 or 2 tellers working.
Worst representation of RBC this branch. Extremely slowly service. There has never been an occasion that I needed something done and there wasn't a lineup. No respect for your time at all. It's clear they don't care by looking at all the reviews here. Don't bank here. Unprofessional and super slow workers.
