The customer service is great but anytime I have to come to this branch, it takes me 30-45mins to speak to someone. There is always a long line up They are short staffed and as a business owner, I don’t have the time to stand n wait for so long. It’s very frustrating and has been like this for almost a year now. Why can’t you hire more people if the branch is so busy.

Hello, This is worst branch that I believe in Canada that has very short of staff. I always pray to God before entering in this branch that they have experienced and fast and enough staff. I have almost multiple businesses with RBC and I have to visit RBC atleast 1/2 times a week. And this is always be horrible that they never have enough staff at any time when I visited this Branch.
