Great staff good service
I was shocked when I came to the teller and told me that they don't have enough money so I can't withdraw cash from the teller from this bank (RBC). First time happened to me for almost 2 decades here in Canada. Planning to file a complain with royal bank main office.
I can't thank Lisa and Louise enough for their outstanding service at RBC! As an out-of-towner driving through, I was under a lot of stress with tight time frames to sign my mortgage papers and close the deal. They went above and beyond to make it happen.
