I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. Even though I had a scheduled appointment, I was not given even five minutes to properly explain my concerns. The staff did not listen to my issues carefully and did not seem to have sufficient knowledge about the services or procedures they were handling. I expected professional service, proper guidance, and help resolving my concerns, but unfortunately, none of that happened. Great experience! Ramandeep Gill was excellent—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and provided thoughtful advice without rushing us. Truly appreciate her support and highly recommend her!
