I went for my husband's appointment .. we met with her name was maybe Megha am not sure about her name ... she was very polite .. and she tells us very briefly about bank account .. it was nice meeting ☺️
Huge branch only one teller in Tuesday afternoon,
The phone service is useless. Why do you phone? To talk the a real human being, not a computer that is not able to help. Don't have a phone number if you're not going to have even the chance to talk to a bank employee. Absolutely useless.
Had a Redilicous experience. They don't care if anyone is helped. Worst attitude in Manager and tellers ever seen. Feeling sorry about Rbc having poor team.
