There is usually only one person working at the counter, and the wait time is always very long no matter what time I come. It’s quite frustrating.
Was having a bad day and lots of banking issues so came into to get help and Daniel was an absolute superstar! So incredibly helpful and quick! Really appreciated the excellent customer service and above and beyond support.
I don’t get why all bank employees working at this time Tuesday, July 14 at RBC tsawwassen town centre are all of Indian background. Where is diversity here?
Horrible customer service. Dealt with Manzil THAKKAR and Zahra and both were incredibly rude and not helpful in the least. Would definitely say bank elsewhere.
