horrible experience, ordered two debit cards months ago and they never came. Horrible customer service too, you shouldn't be doing your job if you sound unwilling to help. Would give zero stars if possible
They have a promotion regarding RBC WESTJET Credit card. Clarification is needed on this promotion from both the point of view of the bank and airline. FAQ or tutorial section needed.

My spouse and I had been banking with HSBC, and when they were bought by RBC so we were switched over. We met with one of RBC’s financial specialists to open an FHSA, but unfortunately we later discovered they had completely mishandled our paperwork. My account was never opened, so I missed the chance to contribute and get a sizeable tax refund, and they used the same SIN number for both our accounts which created a massive headache to fix.
