My spouse and I had been banking with HSBC, and when they were bought by RBC so we were switched over. We met with one of RBC’s financial specialists to open an FHSA, but unfortunately we later discovered they had completely mishandled our paperwork. I have come to know the majority of people in the branch and can say that they are some of the nicest, most helpful professionals I have met. I am not especially app savvy and whenever I would get stuck they would guide me through their computers, step-by-step there and then to resolve my issue.
