There is a line of 9 people. We haven't moved in 10 minutes. And the employees are milling around in slow mo with looks of lazy contempt in their faces. The new normal for Canada? Embarrassing.
Extremely disappointed with the service. I had to wait over an hour in a long line, and only one cashier was available the entire time. The line kept growing, but there was no urgency from staff to assist or open another counter. This kind of delay is unacceptable for a bank — especially during busy hours. Please improve your staffing and customer service.
had a problem with account rbc support team so so rude, already a bad experience but right when i got to bank the staff was rude and were mad they had to do there job didn’t even fix my problem only had account for 5 months and have experienced more then 5 bad experience differently switching banks and wont be coming to this location again
