My sister recently out of the hospital after a transplant surgery needed access into the branch so she goes into this one- no assistance provided, no chairs made available for any disabled person in this branch. It was a sad sight. On the flip side she walks into BMO also in Surrey and the total opposite happened. Bad staff , don’t know how to handle coustmor , don’t come here , go somewhere else or open your bank accounts in other banks

Called to inquire about upgrading my credit card, and advisor Diljit straight up lied to me. Saying I had to wait for an “offer” or my credit score would decrease by a good amount. Turns out all I had to to was press a simple button on the website and I had my new card within a week, no decrease. How can an “advisor” not know about such a simple service?
