Bad staff , don’t know how to handle coustmor , don’t come here , go somewhere else or open your bank accounts in other banks
Called to inquire about upgrading my credit card, and advisor Diljit straight up lied to me. Saying I had to wait for an “offer” or my credit score would decrease by a good amount. Turns out all I had to to was press a simple button on the website and I had my new card within a week, no decrease. How can an “advisor” not know about such a simple service?
Takes a whole day to serve. Long line ups. I stood in the line for almost more than 20 mins and then they told me that I cannot get a replacement debit card and I need to order it online. I lost my card and they couldn’t give me any card. Poor services.
