Had a great positive experience at the Courtice branch. Staff there are amazing, especially Shivani. She was able to solve quickly and efficiently our complex banking problem. She is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Never made us feel we were taking her time. We were also impressed with the teamwork the staff had with each other at the branch.
