Excellent, friendly staff but they are SLOW or understaffed. One person in line for the teller and the wait is at least 20 mins. What kind of idiots schedule 1 teller for last day of the month when Canada Post is on strike??

Had a great positive experience at the Courtice branch. Staff there are amazing, especially Shivani. She was able to solve quickly and efficiently our complex banking problem. She is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Never made us feel we were taking her time. We were also impressed with the teamwork the staff had with each other at the branch. Will definitely make it our new go to branch!
