I had a wonderful experience at this branch today, which is my home branch. It was a Saturday, and it was quiet. I havent been to this branch in about 4-5 years as I primarily do online/mobile banking. However, I had experienced a bit of confusion regarding terms and conditions on paying off a personal loan, and came here to discuss my worries. The most worst branch I’ve been through in my last 30 years and the new manager knows from Ajax branch but since I move close to here every time I go ask for help no one available and bank is almost empty always and there is many staff sitting in the booth also I do have to rethink my mortgage to move somewhere else because there service is extremely poor and I simply never want to go inside in the future or won’t recommend this branch to anyone
