I walked in pretty frustrated about an online banking problem, and Maureen couldn’t have handled it better. She stayed calm, kind, and efficient while getting everything sorted out. Excellent customer service.

The manager, Jessica, lacks basic professionalism and customer-service skills. She repeatedly accused the customer of making errors while showing no interest in understanding the actual issues. When challenged, she abruptly shut down the discussion by loudly stating she was “not comfortable with this conversation,” doing so publicly in the branch and causing unnecessary embarrassment to the customer. In contrast, all other staff were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful in resolving problems created by the bank

I'm really happy with RBC and this branch, specifically Naomi. I switched from Scotiabank Duncan (worst branch and bank EVER) and it’s been uphill from there. I am able to get appointments quickly and speak to my advisor the same day and not have to go through multiple strangers just for simple banking help.
