This RBC branch sucks! I went to the branch to change address and the teller told me it was done, there were still letters sent to my old address so I called telephone banking (yep they suck too) and of course it was never changed!! I don’t know why such simple fix took them forever ! I bank with other banks and never had issues like this, please avoid RBC
The service was so bad. I've never experienced a bank like this before.
This is my most favourite RBC branch last 5 years. All the staffs are very helpful and tried to help immediately. Special thanks to Parker for helping me get important documents with smile in this raining and chilly day.
Chiming everyone else’s bad reviews. After cancelling a credit card, RBC deleted a whole bunch of rewards points and I’m still chasing it after over a month while being fed lies after lies. Absolutely incompetent and rude people.
