I strongly express my dissatisfaction with the lack of front desk staff who can speak Chinese, whether Cantonese or Mandarin. I miss the days when there was a long-haired Hong Kong female staff member, whose service attitude was excellent. A significant portion of the community speaks Chinese, and before this bank was acquired, Chinese-speaking customers were an important source of business. Unnecessary Delays. Wasted my time multiples times. They screwed up and show someone else’s mortgages and lines of credits as my RBC loans on my credit report. They waste my time to try to fix this issues that they admit was a fault on their side. Never use the branch or the call center (wasting 1-2 hours on hold), they only talk and take no action to solve issues.
