Worst Banking Experience ever. I do a lot of banking with several institutions and I’ve been getting the worst experience with the ( relationship manager) M.Z.E. I’m actually thinking quitting using RBC just because of that person.
Have been working with Chris for years and he always provides excellent customer service.
OMG. Tried to get through to the branch to confirm if my credit card was available, before driving 30 minutes to try to pick it up. Got the AI chatbot from hell. 7 times I tried to guess the right words to say to speak to the branch. I was eventually routed to a call centre in Ontario, where the guy promised to connect me. After a 10 minute wait I got a voicemail box that was full, and not taking messages. What a joke. The big banks have their issues but RBC is a special class of terrible.
