Great Staff at this location
There is always only 1 person at desk in evening on Thursday n Friday n that one lady on desk continous chat with customer n don't care of other customers who standing inline for long. She just doing chit-chat n time pass with customer. Worst branch
Terrible experience. Take your banking elsewhere. I’ve been a loyal RBC customer for 10+ years. This branch is unprofessional, incompetent, and clearly lacks any respect for their customers. I waited 45 minutes just to be treated with complete disregard. They didn’t even bother to take my debit card, and then refused to release the minimum from a cheque deposit, money that’s rightfully mine and has always been made available in the past.
