Such a horrible RBC branch based on their customer service. I had an appointment with Lily Oncea at 10:30 AM, reached there at 10:25AM waited in the lobby till 10:40AM and no one approached or asked anything. frustrated i left the location at 10:41 after taking the screenshot of the appointment to make sure that i am not bluffing around. then i get a call at 10:50 from the employee stating that she was searching for me in the branch. Lin Li was very kind, patient, and helpful. He answered all of our questions clearly and worked hard to make sure we understood everything. He was very reassuring and made the whole experience feel much less stressful. We really appreciated his support and excellent customer service!

if a teller ever tells you they're going to get the manager to help, do yourself a favor and just leave. you'll save yourself a lot of time and frustration. it's honestly remarkable that the frontline staff, who deal with customers all day, were more professional, more approachable, and appeared to have a better understanding of how to assist than the person managing the branch
