Zero stars.!! RBC stole $1022.25 from my chequing account between Christmas and New Year’s and gave it to my RBC Visa as I was entering a consumer proposal to properly repay my debt. Worst bank ever, 7 months later and they’re still badgering me. Hoping I’ll be stupid enough to give them $1022.25. We went to open an account and apply for credit cards, and Ayesha took all the time necessary to guide us thoroughly and inform us of the details of our decisions. She was very efficient and professional. Excellent service.
