Very slow and long waiting
Everytime I come in here it seems the staff move slower and slower does not seem to matter what time.of day. I understand clients needing attention but still they mo e from station to station slower and slower
RBC, where time stands still. Two reps working. Several walking around not helping customers. Huge line, 30 min wait. And Tellers waste time trying to sell products that aren’t wanted
I recently visited the RBC Bank at Crowfoot branch. My appointment was with Kapil Chaudhary. I have returned 3rd time to the same person to get my work done as he is really capable, understanding, and knowledgeable about all the aspects of banking needs. He made sure my accounts were in place, my credits are good and what i was seeking is fulfilled. He always assists me with the best advice.
