I am extremely disappointed with RBC. My account has been frozen for the second time with no warning or information on what’s happening. When I tried to resolve the issue, the customer support was unhelpful and rude, telling me that they have the right to unban my account and that I won’t be able to bank with them. I had a replacement visa card sent to this branch. Two weeks passed so I called visa and they told me it had arrived at the branch a week ago. I went into the branch to retrieve it and they told me they didn't have it and there was no way visa could know it arrived because they were sent through UPS. UPS doesn't have tracking info? I returned home and called visa again and after some time on hold they contacted the branch and assured me they had the card. So I had to go back in and pick it up and it was magically there. I had an appointment this morning with Mohammed Kardar but he didn’t arrived to our in person meeting. His excuse was he has having car issues but at the beginning the lady in the front desk said he thought it was a telephone appointment so he didn’t go to the office. If the car issues were true take an uber!!
