I've been going to this branch for 22 years just because this is the closest branch to my house but almost always I've been treated with unprofessionalism, it seems like some of the bankers are not trained enough in their duties and don't know the basic ethics of their role. I'm considering taking my $ out and move to a different bank not even a different branch. I can't trust RBC with my money.
LOOOONG line and Slow service. Hey RBC are you going to respond to any of the reviews about your lines and wait times? Been going there for years and the problem hasn't gotten ANY better. Maybe TD will do a better job?
I left another bank many years ago switching to RBC. Shawnessy was the branch I chose. From day one I knew I made the right choice. I will admit the line-ups can be lengthy, but the wait has never been as extreme as the other reviews. Luck? Perhaps. The bank tellers are consistently great. Friendly and knowledgeable service.
