Staff is slow and not professional
Very poor customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. Huge line ups, long waits and won't let customers use the washrooms. You'll never get clear answers or call backs post appts as they promise to do. If my mom didn't have an acct there I would never ever open one up for myself with rbc.
The staff here in Shawnessy are amazing, they helped and advice the best option for my financial needs, definitely recommend.
Very bad customer service. Poor management. No one care about the long line up of people who maybe has just a quick question that would be addressed easily.
Extremely pathetic service. Could not resolve nor provide a formal written explanation for the delay in the acceptance or rejection of an online credit card application (West Jet RBC Elite). On several follow ups with RBC, it was communicated that someone had withdrawn the application without any reason or explanation provided to the client. The branch manager was involved by the customer service ambassador at the branch and the branch manager did not even make any attempt to contact the client, nor send a formal explanation... read more
