This bank is a joke. What does "access to banking" even mean to this company. You can't phone the branches... they push you through to a call centre that doesn't even take the call! Instead you need to book another appointment for someone to phone you. When you visit the branch the lineup is ALWAYS horrendous. If you watch the employees working while waiting in line you witness lethargy at its finest. No sense of urgency, no energy. Worst service wait time was more then 40 mins when I visited the branch …
RBC is hands down the worst of the major Canadian banks, poor customer service and an absolute refusal to verify bank drafts. Never had this issue with any other bank, would never do business here
Super long line and slow workers. 🐌 The line moving significantly slowly. Especially it's noticeable because I just came from the CIBC branch and it's a huge difference. The workers are old ladies who seem to not care so much about the clients and service. Not recommend this bank at all.
If i can add 0 i wont bother with 1 star Appointment waiting takes 45min and up Worse branch out there- there is people rotating constantly asking if i have appointment but the real appointment never takes place -what a waste of peoples time. Lots of other banks available
