Very rude and loud advisers. No respect to customers at all.
I wish I could give 0 or negative stars. I had an appointment at 3 pm today (April 16,2025) with Billy Wong. I was there at 2:45 pm. Few people came and asked about my appointment and said that they have messaged Billy Wong about me waiting. Billy didn’t show up until 3:15 pm and when I told him that I am waiting since the past 30 mins and I have another appointment to make at 4:00 pm. His reply was “you are pressuring me”. Bad customer service
Walked in at 4;59 and shut the door on my face saying there closed for the day.
Had no problem with the procedure but the teller at front (asian lady with maroon/red hair) made me feel extremely uncomfortable. First she provided a very brief and abrupt greeting with a sigh ignoring me as i greeted back. Then during our conversations she was extremely dismissive of my questions and was not providing complete information for my questions, I had to ask 3-4 times before she would elaborate.
