Went to transfer DPSP to another account 2 months ago and they didn't process it and ended up being paid out. The male manager even assisted the teller since she had no idea what to do. Don't deal with this branch and mutual funds.
Big thanks to Arnef who helped my 91 year old mother to resolve the issue with joined bank account problem.He demonstrated good customer service skills, a willingness to help and great problem solving skills.Good job!!!
Good experience
I came to this branch on October 6 to inquire about a New client card, since I ordered one already I figured they could help me track it with the strike, but instead she told me she can’t help me send the new card to this current branch, Not our policy very rude women who’s black just in case someone has to deal with. Thankfully I went to the RBC in Evanston and they were more than Helpful.
