I went by to clear some charges and verify that I still was elligible for the student account which I had been procrastinating. Aileen helped me and she was amazing. I was having trouble looking things up and she was so patient and helped me find the proof I needed.
Staff is always friendly and they know their stuff. Only issue seems to be tellers, seems like lots of staff when it’s not busy and very few when lines are long
