Dear RBC Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction following my recent visit to your RBC Saddletowne branch (40 Saddletowne Circle) on July 25, 2025. This was, unfortunately, the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. The teller and the branch manager were both unprofessional and unhelpful.
