I’m very disappointed about the mortgage services of the RBC bank. The mortgage agent had offered me a $500 gift as cash back if I open a chequing account with the RBC. I took mortgage and opened the chequing account from RBC, I haven’t got the cash back yet. They had told me that it will be deposited to my chequing account. Very slow service and always a long queue. If you are going in this branch make sure you have around 1 hour to get your work done.
Staff is rude, went to the bank to deposit some cash, waited in the line for 20 min when i got to the counter the lady didnt want to answer my questions about savings account instead told me their is info about it online, ofcourse there is info online but info online wasnt clear so i went to the bank to ask about high intrest savings account and deposit some money but the lady was rude treated me like i was their to waste her time. They only hire Indians! So unfair and unjust. I’ve applied to so many positions and branches and honestly it’s so disheartening that they only want to give jobs to their own kind. Absolutely ridiculous. RBC needs to make a change. I will be contacting corporate!
It is one of the busiest branches in the center of Northeast Calgary. Despite the occasional long wait, I’ve always had a positive experience with them, and the satisfaction of the work is always worth it.
