Rbc is the worst bank in canada
Horrible service they treated me so bad the line was so long and they didn’t keep it moving I don’t like going there the staff is dismissive and awful
After being able to cash my checks at this location for 2 years with no issues, they all of a sudden tell me there will be a 4 day hold on my money every time I deposit it. Very disappointed and will not come back to this branch
worst customer service 9 tellers(employes) walking around 15-20 people waiting in line up over 30 mintues waiting no result people left they dont care. any given day. dont waste your time going there coz they dont respect other peoples time.
If you’re not a client they would cash a cheque right away. If you are a client they would hold it for 4 days. Make it make sense LOL. A bunch of dumbasses working there that’s all. Save your time bank somewhere else.
