The woman (Black, possibly of African descent) at this branch was extremely rude. I needed assistance with sending a large amount to the U.S., and I asked her for help. However, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, saying it wasn’t her job and that I should take care of it outside the bank. I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. This experience has made me not only never want to return to this branch, but also reconsider continuing to use RBC at all. I am extremely upset and disappointed.

After over 35 years as an RBC customer, I’m closing my account today. I can no longer support a bank that shuts down accounts based on political pressure or disagreement with a client’s work. Hey there! I’ve got to tell you about this RBC branch I visited recently. I was having some serious issues with my personal banking and credit card because the previous RBC branch didn’t handle things the right way. But guess what? This new RBC branch is a game-changer! They’re super efficient and easy to understand. I had two staff members helping me today, and they were both absolutely fantastic.
