Someone made an error and wired 1.4 million to my business account. I reported it at 7:15am the day I noticed (same day of transfer). Their response... their incompetent fraud department froze my account! The manager that called me was incompetent and tried to say that they caught the error. Nope! I have zero faith in RBC and will be moving my money as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.
God awful location. Spent eight minutes without the line moving which extended to the front door. Two persons working very slow slowly. Just shut this place down or get better management.
