Worst RBC in the city of Calgary. Unprofessional and rud customer service
The worst staff witnessed at a bank. The indian bank teller literally started yelling at my family member. If there is something the bank cant provide just communicate it professionally, not by shouting at your visitor. Will be leaving RBC for a better bank that actually has a better online system where we won’t need to visit the bank for business transactions and deal with unprofessionalism like this.

The Pros= First Impressions I really like how clean this place is when I walked in. And plus there wasn't that much people there so the wait time was really quick as we where literally the next in line when we entered that day. And as for the Teller was Really Friendly and Patient and Professional too. And with them some times having Candy there is a Nice touch. And that should do it for the Pros for now.
