Not only the branch, but the bank itself doesn`t deserve even 1 star. Don`t have any business with them if you don`t want to have your time wasted. I had a car loan with RBC, and I have paid if off in 2024. While I had a car loan with RBC I have asked for history of my payments several times, but workers in this branch told me that it is not a free service and it cost about $15-20 (don`t remember the exact number). had some 5 to 10 dollar bills i just withdrawed from ATM in the bank. i tried to exchange for newer one for my oversea trip. one person told me if I want brand new bills there is a charge for it. good thing i don't need that much, so they didn't apply the sur charge. but really? extra charge for change the old bills for newer one?
I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are for. I headed in, got seen fast, and unlocked my credit card very easily. I do wish they had more tellers, though. Seems a bit understaffed.

Extremely Disappointing Service! I never leave bad reviews and rarely complain about anything, but this experience truly deserves one. The service at RBC 32 Ave branch has been beyond frustrating.
