They want give you change if you are not their customer, great customer service, thanks for wasting my time. No other bank has such a stupid policy.
Rohit thanks for opening our business accounts and, introducing us to the commerical banker on site at your location. Service has been great at 32nd branch
The service at this location has been great from Tiffany and Ronnie. We have had a horrible experience with the business manager at this location large lady Tracy and Adam they closed all our business accounts and, said would call the police if we came into the branch! What did we do? Our business loans are still open we have had the branch help us with our loan payments so our business does not get shut down. We have now been struggling to move our business accounts and keeping up with running our business!
I visited the RBC branch recently and had a very disappointing experience. The East Indian lady teller I interacted with was quite rude, which made the visit unpleasant. I took the time to write a letter to the branch manager explaining my concerns, but I never received any response. This lack of follow-up reflects poorly on the branch’s customer service. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this location.
This branch is a very poor representation of RBC - i visited it once and had such a different experience for doing the same transaction then other branches and the other comments about staff being rude and unhelpfull is not wrong they have an attitude and are less personal here then the other branches i got to! Just leaving this review for people who think this is what RBC is.. changes branches and I think you will have a much better experience
