Bad assistant
My wife informed me the branch people were extremely rude, also, I get much better services in the downtown branch.
Went in to deposit a check from my family who lives in the United States, was told by 2 employees they don't cash American checks anymore, got TOLD to leave by them. Called 3 other banks and head office to see about this no more American checks...I was lied to, head office said they'd have the branch manager contact me in 24/48hrs...that was 4 days (not counting the long weekend) I will be filing a formal complaint with the head office against this branch. Guess they don't like it when someone wearing a rainbow walks in
Branch manager (Simarjit Sandhar)at this location lied to me today. Went in to get an account that RBC phone support told me I could get in branch only without appointment, Branch manager said he had no appointments and lied and said he got me an appointment at another location. He "booked" it on his computer, gave me a phone number to confirm, (he didn't want to, i had to be a bit insistent as something seemed fishy) i called it as i was on the way out and it was an unassigned number.
