This bank is not a nice place to go to as customer I am not satisfied with this and I will never never go here because there is no customer satisfaction
Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this branch. I visited to complete a simple loan payout using a cheque, which should be a routine banking transaction. Instead, the staff appeared completely unsure of their own procedures. My identification was taken, information was written on my cheque, and I was kept standing while multiple employees attempted to figure out how to process the payment. Friends, colleagues and family all told me not to goto this branch as the customer service and interaction is close to zero. Reading the hundreds of extremely poor Google reviews says the same thing.. I went anyway as it is convenient from my workplace and I was handled by a fellow called Mike. Rbc bank is not caring about customers as the branch manager doesn’t care about what will happen to the customers as there are to many fraudulent transactions going on.My name is Sadaf Hussian and I have this new email address While I was a Royal bank of Canada customer I had frustration at the bank management because she doesn’t care about what is going on it the bank I have seen homeless people enter the bank and she still doesn’t care if someone asks money she doesn’t provide them with it when it is there money
Not too good as a Canada large bank they don’t treat customers in a right way a bank is supposed to treat their clients Royal bank of Canada is a branch owned in Calgary as I was there paying my credit card bills I seen the manager or I don’t know who she was but anyway ways she said to a customer she doesn’t care about what happened to his money. The customer had some fraud happen to him but she don’t even care about the issue
