I had a very frustrating experience at this branch today. I waited over 30 minutes for the bank to open, only to be told I could not make a credit card payment in cash for my husband because “only the cardholder can pay.” This is extremely confusing and inconsistent, as I have made the same payment in person at RBC before without any issues, including last month. This is the absolute worst RBC branch I have ever dealt with. No ability for a family member to deposit a bank draft with my name on it into my account. Called RBC headquarters and there is NO such policy. Went to another location and had no issues completing this transaction. The bank manager is absolutely useless and the staff are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs. Should all be fired.
