Worst customer service ever. Never enough tellers and they won't make eye contact with you when you're in line bc they don't want to help.
Mr. Sam Chein showed zero customer service skills and lacked basic knowledge of his role. The interaction felt careless, as if he was just passing time and eager to leave. He even stated that closing our account did not matter to him. This experience reinforced my view that RBC is an unreliable bank.
I deposited a cheque via mobile deposit on the 23rd...it's being held until Friday...while it sits locked...RBC keeps rearranging old payments from past dates to current dates...to charge me again, and then collect the NSF fees...they have gotten a couple hundred dollars from me over the past year. I also have come to notice that I get charged my Monthly Fee 2 or 3 times per month....then those withdrawals are also moved around by dates...criminals just stealing from me.
