Do not bank with RBC. They will "misplace" your money and make you wait weeks to get it back. None of the employees are on the same page and you will be told a different process or procedure everytime you go in. Absolutely unacceptable.
The Pros= First impressions I Honestly Like the Layout of this branch, it’s spacious and Clean and Quite when we where today. And the Agent was really Friendly Professional and Quick. As I thought that we be there for close to 2 hours for our purposes for today’s visit but in actuality it only took about a little under an hour. And a Big Advantage of this Particular Branch is that For Cantonese Only Speaking People like my Parents, there are quit a few Cantonese Speaking Employees there. Terrible service, I arrive 20 before close and the lady just don’t want to help me, making excuses for not make a call regarding my CC.
How horrible customer service so bad, first the customer service agent lied she said there is no Safety deposit box !!!! Excuse me? I went to the same location to do inquiry for the Safety deposit box the gentleman mentioned we have a lot small size Safety box, the lady clearly doesn't want to help us so she decided let me just tell them we dont have Safety deposit box you are such a LIAR! poor customer service, the lady was unprofessional just want to run home she seems not intrested to help us!
Terrible place to bank at. I came to exchange my coins for cash and the teller told me “we don’t take loose change”. Ridiculous for the bank not to take my money. I had done the same request at different branches and they’ve always done it for me. Waste of time, will not come back.
