My grandma went to this bank on Wednesday afternoon before 1pm. She patiently waited for assistance for someone who spoke Chinese to assist her because her English wasn’t great. There was only 1 mandarin speaking worker at the bank at the time. When it got to her turn with the Chinese speaking employee, she was curious and asked if there’s any other employee who spoke Chinese so she’ll know if she could find a location with more workers who might be able to help her out.
