Carolina used my personal information and opened a bank account without my consent. I have just received the eStatement and not able to contact the hotline as don’t have a card/account number to proceed. I highly do not recommend to deal with this shady person. I have not given my signature nor consent. I’m going to be making huge complaint about these practices.

If their system senses a possible fraudulent transaction, they confirm it's legitimate with 2FA: good. Then, after you confirm legitimacy with the 2FA code, they deny the transaction anyways. Then two hours on hold with them. Cannot wait to leave this bank. Plain terrible.
