I visited this branch today to get a bank draft. The employee who was supposed to assist me lied straight to my face, claiming they do not issue bank drafts from private accounts and that it requires a business account. Knowing this sounded incorrect, I called RBC customer support afterward, and they confirmed that this is absolutely not true and that bank drafts can indeed be issued from private accounts. You guys are a joke. I made a payment $250 for my personal loan on June 3rd, and the ballance went down. Due ammount is $133 and the due date is June 4th. Now you are calling me and telling that I missed the payment(i never missed any payment tho) and i should have been pay 2 days before due date because of your processing time.
