Your money's Worth
Rimple & staff need to be trained. They simply can’t transfer to another RBC account stating they can only make draft & funds will be on hold. I forced them to wire transfer instead & charge fee.
Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Staff act inconvenienced for doing their job.
