Lack of staff,had to wait for 1 hour just to deposit my cheque.worst location in the city
Business window is no use in this location. Waited for over an hour on a monday. Pls. Anticipate continously clients on monday atleast open your business isle. Just a suggestion.

This is by far one of the slowest and understaffed branches in the province. It’s unfortunate that one branch can cause the entire reputation of RBC to go down.
