Sooo much waiting and unprofessional customer service The brach is so dirty and outdated
Have to pay other institutions fees, because there's no Royal Bank outlet. ATM on 17 Ave s. e. Was done for maintenance, your other location on 52 and Marlborough drive close 11. Now you are changing me a fee and the other institutions is changing me a fee, now how fair is that.
Long lines. ATMs always giving at least 1 ripped bill when withdrawing cash. ATMs are also filthy. With all the money you make why can’t you buy some cleaning products and wipe down the machines and maybe get a new water dispenser 😤
