This place they have the bad service and they are very rude very rude,,,,I hate going there I want to change my bank account to another bank account not recommended by anyone
I had an appointment with them today, yesterday I got and reminder email from them. But when I came to branch there was a notice outside saying that it is closed for some reasons. Even it says open on Google maps. 👎👎
Never staffed properly. Line out the door. Came in to there being 4 tellers then as soon as the line was to the door they were suddenly down to 2ppl. Watching 4 staff members help one person who they obviously know go through a filing cabinet. Perhaps your clients should be of higher priority rather than what appears to be a staff member. Put those people helping the staff member onto the front desk and help your clients!!
I've been a loyal RBC customer for over 20 years, so I was incredibly disappointed by the treatment I received recently. When my partners deposit went missing due to a glitch at the atm, the teller insinuated we were trying to commit fraud, completely unfounded. It was humiliating. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and handled it well, but I really hope the bank retrains staff because I shouldn’t be treated like that after so many years. I don't think I will be coming back to this location ever again.
