I have been a loyal client of RBC for six years and have never encountered any issues until today. I had a scheduled appointment to open a business account. I arrived on time and, after a five-minute delay, politely reminded a staff member that I had a 2:00 PM booking. I was told to wait. They don’t help you. RBC blocked my card and it has been almost 5 months and I still haven’t gotten it back ( I went there 4 times and called 3 times) their app is horrible!
