First time customer with RBC and I’m really happy with the service provided by Kevin. He was patient, detail oriented and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
I visited RBC on Marda Loop today and had a very nice experience with the clerk, Kevin. He explained my misunderstanding clearly and was immediately helpful in executing my request that I claimed in another branch (in Riverbend) two weeks ago.
