I had a very disappointing experience with the bank's service, and I found the manager, Wendy, to be unhelpful and unsympathetic regarding my issue. Consequently, I closed my account. Your 2.8 rating is quite understandable.
The associate name Tina is the worst. She was mean, not helpful. She didn’t explain anything just said no. I had to ask everything in details and she just gave 1 word replies. I have 2 complaints She didn’t tell me a hard credit check will be done when with out my approval it’s illegal thankfully other associates before had let me know Secondly she canceled my card without letting me know. She told me this card will remain active until i receive a new one but she canceled it. This is very unprofessional
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received yesterday May 3rd. During my visit, I interacted with one of your bank tellers, whose attitude was very unprofessional. No name tag so I don't even know his name, wearing black shirt, has beard and playing cell phone at the wicket. I asked him to do simple transaction and he responded in a rude and condescending tone.
