My sons and I went to this branch today. We had the pleasure of being served by Caroline. She was friendly, efficient and new what we should do next etc.
Caroline exhibited exceptional customer service and provided valuable guidance during the credit card pickup process. Her knowledge and assistance were greatly appreciated!
Had a very simple inquiry that needed a 2 minute conversation on the phone, but absolutely no way to get through because of the automated system. Profits over customer service unfortunately
