Rbc is the worst bank in canada
I’ve had major issues with my business LOC for months. I’m out of the country for 6 months of the year and was getting beyond frustrated. After speaking to Vincent for 10 mins, he resolved all of my issues. He is knowledgeable, patient and very professional. Thank you for a job well done 🙏🏼
Been an RBC customer for 8 years - loved the Marda loop branch, but recently moved to this part of Calgary so sadly had to go here. The manager with the red hair is so awful, no customer service. Came to deposit the same check In usd I’ve been depositing for 2 years consistently and she wasted 30 mins of my time, wanted to hold it for 15 business days - and told me I need to do this monthly. Will be closing all my accounts and credit cards as I can’t ever bring myself to have to go to that branch again
Employee Rahil was amazing. Had a call regarding an issue with my NOMI Find & Save and he provided the best support. He provided a step-by-step process of how to resolve my issue through the phone directing me where I navigate to go and explained to me how the system works reducing the complexity of understanding the features of NOMI and Save. I thank you again for the perfect service Rahil.
I had an appointment this afternoon at this RBC branch to set up a business account, and I was helped by Bradley, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently walked me through all the relevant information, and clearly explained the next steps.
