The staff here are rude and dismissive . I came on for a concern as I couldn’t get into my online banking the and the lady I was dealing with was speaking loudly out my personal information. When you’re a long-term client of eight years you don’t feel protected at all. When you’re with a bank, they’re supposed to make you feel safe and comfortable about your money being kept inside the bank, but I felt a complete opposite. I wouldn’t trust this place at all because the staff were untrained and unprofessional.
Always a 1/2 hour line up, two tellers with one on break and the most unfriendly customer service...if you want to call it "service".
I have always had good customer service experince at this location. Thank you RBC!
