If you value your time and need anything done in a timely fashion, avoid this bank - specifically an advisor named Bradley Bitz. He doesnt even deserve 1 star - but thats the lowest rating I can give. Brad has been impossible to get ahold of during our entire process trying to renew our mortgage. No responses to emails or phone calls. We cut our loses and went ahead with a mortgage broker as we awaited a response from Brad. This is probably the slowest bank in the history of banks 9 people in line and zero movement stood in line for almost 20 + minutes what a pathetic excuse for customer service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward
I would give zero stars if I could. I see other negative reviews about and advisor, Bradley Bitz, and I must say it’s all true. What a useless person, he doesn’t call you on time when you make an appointment, doesn’t answer emails, takes multiple follow up emails to get an answer for him. I can’t believe RBC lets someone like that work there. I am changing all my banking needs and mortgage to another bank because of the terrible experience
This has been my bank since I was a little person now 47 years later and even before that, I go to the bank to go install some money into my account at the after hours because usually I’m far too busy during working hours of the bank and they are locked up tight. All I wanna do is use the ATM but they don’t seem to care, but then again, they might do it to mitigate transients.
Cashed a cheque today. Told it would be released cause it’s my normal job that’s usually direct deposited. Only to get home to find out it’s on hold. What a joke
