Never have enough tellers on to assist customers. Do yourself a favour and go to the Britannia branch.
This will now be my go-to RBC. No lines, friendly tellers. Vincent was extremely knowledgeable and helped me out very quickly. A+
Teller deposit a cheque for me without telling me there was an issue with my account after I explained I wasn’t able to do it on my own. This is not the first problem I have with this branch that’s why I decided to leave a review. Worst Branch in Calgary.
