Staff doesn’t have knowledge. Always going to the “manager” to get answers that doesn’t make sense.
Excellent experience. Venus was professional, patient, and guided me through every step, answering all of my questions clearly. She made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend
If there were 0 star, I would give it to them. I went there to get the bank draft for my college fees,she said, we can’t verify the transactions, even though I showed her my Td account that I sent the money from there. She was rude. And she didn’t give me any solution I have fees due today. She could let me know that I can get out the cash from account and go to TD, just wasted my time.
