Avoid the bank at all costs. They block your virtual visa debit card very frequently, for no particular reason
I had a disappointing experience at this branch. The staff did not seem knowledgeable about basic banking services and were unable to clearly answer straightforward questions. It was frustrating to receive inconsistent or unclear information, which made the process much more difficult than it needed to be. I believe the team would benefit from more thorough training to ensure they can confidently assist customers and provide accurate guidance.
