I asked them to help me with the online banking. Can you imagine...it tool about 5 HOURS!!! and they can't help me! so if you looking for the solving your issue ( not creating the trouble)...Go to other branch.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor onboarding at this branch. On April 2, 2025, I visited in person to open an account. Instead of assistance, an associate pointed me to a QR code to do it online. I followed instructions, but RBC never sent a card or any welcome communication. I visited RBC Brentwood branch to ask about making a principal prepayment on my auto loan. The “lovely” old lady assisting me confidently told me that paying down the principal would NOT reduce the total interest on my loan. She even calculated it and insisted she was correct. This information is simply wrong. After leaving the branch, I called RBC Auto Finance directly. Burek very professional, polite, intelligent employee of the RBC branch (Brentwood). helped to resolve all issues, went to a meeting and independently communicated with the credit branch regarding the closure and cancellation of my current co-ed card, provided comprehensive instructions and explanations .
