Came here today (Sunday Oct 18 around 1 pm) for help to open a TSFA. The Korean lady (I forgot her name it starts with a C or K) was very patient and nice to me and provided me with such great service.
WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER — AVOID AT ALL COSTS Would give negative stars if I could. The customer service is absolutely disgraceful. The receptionist was completely unwilling to help — dismissive and rude. We presented a BC ID with a photo, yet it was arbitrarily rejected for verification without a proper explanation. I had a very unpleasant experience at this RBC branch. The store manager, Laila Waili, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I waited for more than 1.5 hours to get some clarification on my banking issue, but instead of being helpful or patient, she showed a rude and unwelcoming attitude. As a customer who came in with genuine questions, I expected respect and proper assistance, not to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Waiting in line while see all these workers standing and sitting around. Why is there no one helping, worst banking experience I ever had
It's terrible to wait. And the manager has no sense. she's telling us to wait for more than 30 minutes to line up. Everything needs to be changed at this point.
