I went there @2pm just to get roll of 25cents and I waited for 45minutes even though 7people were on floor but they were just roaming around from here and there. It was very very disappointing. I hate the service

I had one of the worst banking experiences with this RBC branch. I asked them to close my account, and two weeks later I discovered they never actually did it, which caused unnecessary complications for me. After following up, they called back and claimed they could close the account virtually. The very next day, however, I received another call from someone named James at the branch (avoid working with him if you can), who told me they actually couldn’t close the account virtually after all. RBC Brentwood continues to provide disappointing service. No matter the reason for my visit, it turns into at least a 45-minute ordeal. Wait times are excessive, and staff often struggle to provide clear or timely answers, particularly with business banking. As a business owner, this is both inefficient and frustrating. I would recommend that anyone with business banking needs consider another branch where service is more knowledgeable and efficient.
