The first time I went there was 2 months ago caused I just moved from richmond to N Burnaby. I had issue with my phone’s Bank App and the staff was so patient to explain to me how to use it and eventually it was fixed and I was so happy with it. Second time there I was doing some investment information and a young lady called Wendy served me and she was so nice to help me and finally I did my investment with the bank. Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately despite being advised to not trust RBC I decided to give my financials to them and after three months and about one hundred thousand dollars of expenses they rejected my financial requests. Hastings and rosser branch, 2 Tellers open long lines most days.
Very crowded, although the customer service representative was FANTASTIC, well mannered and cultured,I was rather appalled at how there is no washroom for clients who are scheduled for 30-1hrs appointments, I’d imagine a pregnant lady opening a bank account, a mother with children or simple someone on their cycle needing to use the washroom during the service and has to walk out of the bank, cross the street to the nearest Safeway for the washroom, in which also when there has to wait in line with Safeway customers?
