Made an appointment to create an account, went swimmingly. Kyle Chang was excellent, highly recommend.
This has to be the worst branch ever. We went in with all our financial documents for an appointment with a financial advisor named JunJun Zhong. The treatment we received was absolutely terrible as she refused to even have a look at them or start an application for our request. She profiled us based on appearance. Financial Advisor ‘Kevin’ at this location was excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly, guided me patiently through the process, and made the experience smooth and engaging. I truly appreciate his professionalism and highly recommend him.
Convenient
The first time I went there was 2 months ago caused I just moved from richmond to N Burnaby. I had issue with my phone’s Bank App and the staff was so patient to explain to me how to use it and eventually it was fixed and I was so happy with it. Second time there I was doing some investment information and a young lady called Wendy served me and she was so nice to help me and finally I did my investment with the bank. Highly recommend this place.
