Worst customer service ever. Every single time there is a huge line and maximum 2-3 agents are at caisse. Take ages to pass a client. Why they are so slow?please hire some efficient team or atleast train them well.
Every single Sunday evening (without fail), this RBC branch decides that neither of its two ATMs will be accepting deposits due to some unspecified technical difficulty. And you read that right: only two ATMs. Even neighborhoods in Montreal with far smaller populations have at least three. Easily the worst RBC branch in Quebec, located in Sainte-Dorothée of all places (who would have expected?). PS - good luck finding parking when it’s daytime, you’ll most likely have to park at the daycare centre next door.
