Worst decision ever to open an account with RBC.

Went to this branch to deposit some change rolls with my daughter who receives a small amount of tips from her work. The person at the branch refused to accept our rolls saying he does not want to count it. What kind of bank refuses clients' deposits? Isn't that their core business? We will be moving our accounts elsewhere.
