One of the worst branches
There were very few employees working, and I had to wait too long in line. With only 2 employees serving 15 customers, the service needs improvement.
Never doing business with RBC EVER again. The worst.
Le stationnement est un cauchemar et l’attente interminable, chaque fois que j’ai à y aller c’est vraiment désagréable. J’ai tout fermé et changé de banque, j’aurais dû le faire bien avant!
Lorsqu’on doit attendre pour le service guichet client c’est hyper long et les employés ont l’air blasés pas très agréable, y manque de sourire dans cet endroit.
