This Brach use to be my favorite, the staff was very nice and friendly and always stretched their capabilities to support the clients. I went to this branch for 7 years. Now, under current Assistant Branch Manager, the customer.service has dropped significantly. The new leadership does not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. I would never go to this branch again rather I would travel and go to.Queen and Airport Branch where the staff is super nice and friendly
Not give any proper solution to customer, just passing time in bank
BRANCH MANAGER NEED MORE TRAINING ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS! I went into the branch yesterday to get a draft for a large amount. I closed my high interest savings account and transferred the funds to my Husband’s new high interest savings account in order to take advantage of the high Interest that RBC is offering right now. had a very disappointing experience at this RBC branch recently. A week ago, I visited to withdraw $1,200 even though my debit card had not yet been delivered. At that time, the staff simply verified my ID and everything went smoothly — no issues at all. However, today I returned to withdraw $700 (my card still hasn’t arrived), and I was told by the cashier that without a debit card, I can only withdraw a maximum of $500.
