Incompetent , lazy and rude employees and managers. I wonder how these people get jobs. Shouldn’t be allowed to work if they do not want to serve customers. I was there to have my fund transferred from investment accounts to check in and required to sign some documents. As RBC customer service suggested on call to go in person to a bank to have it done , i went and financial advisor Kamalpreet and bank manager told me that it has to be done online and they can not do in bank. I have been RBC client for almost 5 years now! This was the most horrendous experience I ever had! This is worst RBC branch in peel region. I have a good understanding that diligence is required in banking but the teller asked me nonsense questions why you visited this branch instead of home branch and she asked me to open my banking app for no reason and they have no right to check my personal app in my phone as she already took my ID for verification. Worst experience ever!!!!
Insanely funny that the employees doesnt even know you can have access to your car loan online. They were like you need to have account with and all that. I called customer care first before I visited. She said you have to go to a branch for it. Like what I am suppose to do. Care doesnt do it and branch doesnt know it.
