I went to this bank for the first time today, and the experience wasn’t great. The front desk staff felt a bit cold and unapproachable. Instead of helping or welcoming someone new, they came off a little rude, which was disappointing. First visits usually set the tone, and I honestly expected a friendlier attitude. Hopefully they work on their customer service, because a simple warm greeting can make a big difference.
Garbage service poorly managed bank manager always in his room
Actually a Big ZERO....Too Much of Groupism by same community of people at counter (Indian Hindi language) who prefer to talk to each other for long rather than attending customer service. The assistant Manager or the supervisor (again from India) is a Joke, who interfere between the talks without asking for a permission. This place needs more attention by the Management of RBC lest they keep on loosing company's reputation.

This Brach use to be my favorite, the staff was very nice and friendly and always stretched their capabilities to support the clients. I went to this branch for 7 years. Now, under current Assistant Branch Manager, the customer.service has dropped significantly. The new leadership does not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. I would never go to this branch again rather I would travel and go to.Queen and Airport Branch where the staff is super nice and friendly
