I opened up my new bank account on phone with rbc and I choose this bank as my main branch. For my credit card I make an appointment and I met with Kanwalpreet singh at the branch. I went during my break from work. I was thirsty and when he was looking at my application I asked for water. Believe me I swear he literally just sais “no we don’t carry water at branch” I was like seriously! On other hand, their app was not working on my phone.
