Very very poor service at this location, staff is has no skill,, they also very slow, wasting clients time ,big line up always,, most of the staff trying to avoid clients. Very very disappointed with service

Total incompetence! They like to waste peoples time! On a simple request to move money from RESP to my savings account for my child’s education! I went into the bank for 1 hr appt advisor was new I was told to investments shewill be doing it with the Manager ‘s assistance (. Sandeep) fine ! not fine though ! They focused more on updating my profile and speaking about everything else ! They did the wrong amount also didn't close the resp account as advised ! I had to contact Customer service for 1 hour explaining what happene... read more
