So many advisors available even on Saturday, when other branches in adjoining area have only couple of people working. Glad this branch exists.
I wish I could put 0 stars, they literally do there own regulations outside of the cra rules and rob you (yes literally rob you and hold your own money hostage). Putting a stain on rbc’s reputation and my family will steer clear now.
Worst Adviser, don't go to this bank, they will just waste your time, they don't have complete information about anything. They wasted my 3.5 hours.
The telephone banking feature DOES NOT connect me with a Branch Advisor. Telephony issues NEED TO BE RESOLVED for a business to function smoothly as technology isn't infallible. I needed to simply change my address and I don't have online services set up as I only have investments, not daily banking. Due to this issue, I will be considering to move my investments to another financial institution due to this inconvenience experienced.
Very poor service. They are spoiling RBC's reputation. The workers and managers dont want to work.
