This location is a jokeee the manager here doesnot uphold rbcs policies and rules i went through them online and he refuses to go and do the same thing other locations do he called me when i had booked a call back to speak to an rbc specialist without even stateing his name he is uninformed of rbcs polices i went multiple.other locations without issue this location and i was told from the location branch manager himself they do not take cash to pay a visa card when that is infact a lie all u need is the credit card itself to... read more
I was there and given wrong information about account opening offer by Ms. Supple, when I called Rbc customer service, have been advised that I am not eligible for the offer. Should not be giving the wrong information to clients.
I recently started banking with RBC and opened my business account at this branch. Janat has been consistently helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She makes every visit quick and seamless, which I really appreciate. Outstanding service every time!
