I'm waiting in line as I write this. 3 tellers are standing and talking while I wait and have no desire to help. I don't understand the logic. If you don't want people to come to your location, just shut it down.
Worst bank in the entire universe..even if you are first in line,you are guaranteed 30 minutes wait..they have zero respect for the clients time.. I wonder how on earth can this be a royal bank branch
Customers are not allowed to use washroom, poor service.
Pathetic customer service. Asked the security guard to use the washroom. She said as per bank manager washroom is only for employees. And bank customer can use nearby restaurants washroom.
